Popular Tri-State Restaurant Chain Opens Second Connecticut Location

MILFORD, CT – Colombian cuisine enthusiasts in Milford now have a new destination to satisfy their cravings as Noches de Colombia officially opened its doors at Connecticut Post Mall in late September. The restaurant, which held its soft opening on September 22, 2025, brings authentic Colombian flavors to the former 8 Thousand Pizza location.

This marks the second Connecticut location for the popular restaurant chain, which operates over 20 establishments across the tri-state area. The Milford location joins its sister restaurant in downtown Stamford, expanding the brand's presence in the state.
